DJL - DINING/CONFERENCE TABLE

104"L x 46"W x 28 ½" ht

The initials are for a Pittsburgh couple who commissioned the table. The four section, ¾" thick glass top avoids use of a single piece of glass whose great weight would have been nearly unmanageable. The weathered log base sections are tied together with a long steel stretcher secured at the ends with iron building stars. Vertical steel posts rise from the base into the cherry wood frame which holds the glass.
